# Submitting an Order for Parts or Accessories

Employees can easily request parts or accessories using the **My Assets** section in HRSimplified. Follow the steps below to submit an order, which will then be reviewed and processed by the asset manager.

### Steps to Submit an Order:

### 1. **Navigate to the My Assets Section**

- Log in to your HRSimplified account and go to **My Assets** in the left-side menu.
- This section lists all assets assigned to you and allows you to submit requests for additional parts or accessories.

### 2. **Click Create Order**

- In the **My Assets** section, click the **Create Order** button in the top-right corner.
- A form will open, allowing you to choose from the available options.

### 3. **Select the Part from the Drop-Down List**

- Choose the required item or accessory from the **Order Type** drop-down list. These may include safety equipment or other parts available for your assigned assets.

### 4. **Add a Motivation**

- Write a short motivation in the required field (e.g., “Requesting new safety boots due to wear and tear”).
- You do not need to add a quantity or extra notes.

### 5. **Submit the Order**

- Once your request is complete, click **Submit**.
- The request will be sent to the asset management team for review and assignment.
