HRSimplified Systems Analyst

To ensure that the systems and business processes incorporate industry standards and best practices; and to provide business process and technology support to users.

  • Develop an understanding of the business, processes and requirements and propose software solutions
  • Design new systems and changes to processes and provide specifications
  • Support of existing business processes and technology
  • Support and configuration of PLM system according to Business Requirements
  • Build and maintain business process models to support functional and technical specifications
  • Specification and management of system changes
  • Business systems analysis, testing and documentation
  • Training manual development and maintenance
  • Facilitation of training workshops
  • Project management
  • Assist with User queries
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems or Technology / Honours degree in Operations Research or any relevant tertiary qualification with a focus on Analytic Skills
  • Experience and knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems
  • A passion for processes and systems
  • A curious self-starter who takes initiative, investigates problems, see possibilities and takes action
  • Proficient in MS office Suite
  • Competencies required: Performing under pressure, Listening skills, Service oriented, Initiative, Innovating, Helicopter view.
  • The following will be an advantage:
  • Retail Experience
  • Merchandising and Inbound Logistics systems
  • Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) software tools i.e. Symbio, Jira, ARIS, etc.
  • Programming experience, i.e. SQL, MySQL
