For instance, when a new employee is created, the API can supply their details to external systems to issue a laptop, create a new user account, update a list, and more.

Pull a comprehensive list of employees in HRSimplified for your organization. This endpoint provides a full employee list with basic information, including Employee IDs. These IDs can be used when querying other endpoints where an Employee ID is required. This can be used for processes like double-checking employee counts or looking for missing employees in external systems, ensuring synchronization of employee records between systems.

External payroll systems require seamless integration, and this endpoint supplies employee records in a standard payroll-ready structure. When an Employee ID is supplied, the data returned includes all necessary information for mainstream payroll systems to process payroll accurately. This endpoint allows you to create a new employee via the integration. It can be integrated into external processes, allowing an external system to push new employees from onboarding processes into HRSimplified.
