What do I need to do?

All you need to do is update your resume in our pre-setup screens.

Start with your Employee data, and then move onto the other key matching criteria.

We will match you with a open job the moment its available, also allowing you to see who looked at your profile and what interviews you have lined up.

Upload your Skills that you have acquired over the years.

We have preloaded skills that you can simply pick, or add if its not on the list.

The system already contains 270+ skills preloaded for you.

List your Qualifications, where you sent to school, your post school studies, and any other courses.

Add the SAQA ID and the NFQ Levels to ensure a perfect match, and make sure to list the institution you received the qualification at.

List all your previous jobs, the companies you worked for, who your references were at those jobs, and build up a perfect work history that you can store on the system.

This will allow the Employer to see your work history and growth to help them pick the right candidates.

What job are you currently in, what salary are you looking for, there are a few more questions you would need to answer.

How much experience do you have, all these pieces of information paint a picture that the employer needs to have before making a decision.

Input as much details as possible to ensure your profile is fully populated.
