This new feature allows HR teams to reuse structured templates across different review cycles or departments without having to rebuild from scratch. When copied, all elements—including OKRs, KPAs, KPIs, peer review questions, and weightings—are duplicated and fully editable, making the performance review process quicker, more consistent, and less repetitive.
