The Performance Assessment Module in HRSimplified now features enhanced communication capabilities through a series of new email notifications. These include:
- An email notification to the employee when a new assessment is created, ensuring they are informed and prepared.
- A notification to the manager when an employee completes their self-assessment, keeping the review process on track.
- An email to the employee when the manager finalizes the review, inviting them to accept the assessment. These updates aim to improve the efficiency and transparency of the assessment process, fostering a more engaged and responsive performance management environment.
