Streamline HR Queries and Disputes with Our New Incident Management System
We’re excited to introduce the HR Incident Management System, a powerful tool designed to handle and track HR-related queries and disputes efficiently.
With this new feature, employees can now log incidents related to HR issues such as grievances, salary queries, performance concerns, and more (see screenshot for full list of options). Once an incident is logged:
- It is directed to the HR team for review.
- Both the Employee and HR can provide comments and feedback throughout the process.
- All updates and responses are visible to both parties, ensuring clear communication until the issue is resolved and closed.
Additionally, employees can use this system to report any issues or bugs related to HRSimplified itself, ensuring swift resolution of any system problems.
This new feature improves transparency and speeds up the resolution of HR and system-related issues, making it a valuable tool for Industrial Relations (IR) and HR dispute management.
