Introducing Multi-Signature Option for Offer Letters
The recruitment module now allows up to two named staff members to sign the offer letter for a candidate. After these signatures are completed, the HR Executive also signs before the letter is sent to the candidate for final signature. A new dashboard shortcut with a notification bubble provides direct access to the signature section. The completed offer letter, containing all signatures, is generated as a PDF for printing.
