Request Employee Signatures for Uploaded Documents HR admins can now request employees to sign documents uploaded to their profiles. The request appears in the employee’s My Documents section, where they can provide their signature. The signature is securely stored in the system’s database and is linked to the document, ensuring compliance and auditability without altering the physical document. HR staff can easily view the signature associated with the document.
Quick Access to Onboarding Tasks for Employees Employees now have direct access to their Onboarding Tasks via a new dashboard shortcut. This improvement removes the need to navigate through the workflow menu, making the process more intuitive for new employees who need to complete assigned onboarding tasks from HR.
Introducing Multi-Signature Option for Offer Letters The recruitment module now allows up to two named staff members to sign the offer letter for a candidate. After these signatures are completed, the HR Executive also signs before the letter is sent to the candidate for final signature. A new dashboard shortcut with a notification bubble provides direct access to the signature section. The completed offer letter, containing all signatures, is generated as a PDF for printing.
Introducing Enhanced Leave Approval Management The latest update to HRSimplified introduces a 2-Step Leave Approval Process to improve leave tracking and accountability. Step 1: Manager Approval – Leave requests will be processed as usual by the manager and appear under Leave Approvals. Step 2: Leave Processing – Once approved by the manager, the leave will move to the new Leave Processing menu, where HR Executives can provide a second and final approval. This update prevents employees from mistakenly submitting leave or claims through HRSimplified, ensuring all requests are processed correctly through their Payroll system. This feature streamlines the employee experience by reducing confusion and offering greater customization for organizations with integrated Payroll solutions.
