New Reports for Performance Management

Enhancing Performance Management with New Reporting Tools We’ve added four powerful reports to help you manage your performance assessments more effectively: Mentorship Progress Report: Tracks sessions completed in mentorship plans, helping you gauge progress. Training Recommendations Report: Keeps an overview of all training suggestions made during assessments. Assessment Progress Report: Shows how far each assigned assessment has progressed. Completed Assessments Report: Lists all assessments that have been fully completed.

Termination Reasons for SARS, UIF, and SDL

Improved Compliance with Termination Reason Tracking To ensure full compliance with South African payroll regulations, HRSimplified now includes a mandatory step when deactivating or deleting an employee. You are prompted to select a termination reason, which is then securely stored on the employee’s record. This addition ensures that all necessary information is accurately recorded and available for SARS, UIF, and SDL reporting, simplifying the payroll process and reducing the risk of non-compliance. Mentors can capture detailed notes throughout the mentorship program, ensuring comprehensive tracking and alignment with performance assessments.
