Timely Reminders for Performance Management Assessments
Enhancing the effectiveness of our Performance Management module, HRSimplified now includes a reminder feature for Performance Management Assessments (PFM). When an assessment is scheduled for a future date, such as 5 months ahead, the system automatically sends a reminder to the employee on the due date. This ensures that employees are prompted to complete their self-assessments in a timely manner, facilitating a more efficient and proactive performance review process.
