Preventing Duplicates and Restoring Employee Records Efficiently HRSimplified now offers an advanced feature to prevent the duplication of employee records. When adding a new employee, the system checks if the ID number already exists in the company’s active records. This update goes a step further by also checking the deleted employees’ list. If a match is found, the system halts the addition of a new record and instead offers the option to restore the existing employee record. This not only prevents duplication but also provides access to the employee’s historical data, ensuring continuity and accuracy in record-keeping.
Timely Management of Leave Requests with Automated Reminders HRSimplified enhances its leave management process with a new automated reminder feature. This system enhancement is designed to ensure timely processing of leave requests. When a leave request is within two days of the start date and remains unprocessed by the manager, HRSimplified automatically sends a reminder email to the manager. This proactive approach helps in avoiding any oversight in leave management, ensuring that employees’ leave requests are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Boosting Data Security with Automated Session Timeout In our ongoing commitment to data security, HRSimplified has rolled out a crucial new feature: an automatic Session Timeout. This security enhancement is designed to protect sensitive HR data, especially in instances where users leave their systems unattended with HRSimplified open in a browser. The system will now display a warning notice to users, indicating that their session will be logged out in 60 seconds. This proactive measure ensures that sessions are securely closed, maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of HR data.

This timely reminder, sent three days before your subscription’s expiry date, comes with an attached invoice for seamless processing. HR executives can conveniently forward this invoice to their finance department or opt to make an online payment using a card. This feature ensures uninterrupted access to HRSimplified’s services, providing a hassle-free experience for subscription renewal.
Streamlining Work Hours: Introducing Auto Stop in Time and Attendance HRSimplified’s Time and Attendance module now boasts an improved Auto Stop feature, further refining time management within the organization. This updated feature conducts a daily check at 9 PM, automatically stopping all tasks that are still running and commenced before the designated stop time, which can be set at a company level, such as 5 PM. This ensures that tasks, especially those extending into overtime hours, are accurately recorded and stopped at the predetermined time, enhancing the precision of time tracking and management.
