In HRSimplified, the first step in managing employee training is to add approved training suppliers. This feature allows you to track all training providers, their BBBEE status, and the courses they offer. Here’s a guide on how to add suppliers into the system.
Steps to Add Training Suppliers: #
1. Navigate to the Training Module #
- Go to HR Administration from the left-side menu.
- Select Training Management to access the supplier management options.
2. Add a New Supplier #
- Click on Training Service Providers in the Training Management section.
- Select Add Service Provider.
3. Fill in Service Provider Details #
- Provide the following information:
- Service Provider Name: The name of the training provider.
- Contact Details: Phone number, email, and website for communication purposes.
- Address: The supplier’s business address.
- BBBEE Level: Select the appropriate BBBEE level for the supplier, which is important for compliance and reporting.
- Courses Provided: List the courses offered by this supplier (you can add more courses later).
4. Save the Service Provider #
- After completing the form, click Save to add the supplier to your system.
5. Managing Existing Service Provider #
- You can view, edit, or delete training suppliers from the Training Service Provider page at any time. Simply select the supplier from the list to make changes or view detailed information about the courses they offer.

- Service Provider Compliance: Ensure that all training suppliers meet your organization’s compliance requirements, including BBBEE levels and other legal regulations.
- Course Assignment: You can assign multiple courses to a single supplier or split courses between different suppliers based on availability and pricing.
