Once job postings are created in HRSimplified, they can be shared across various external platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, or sent via direct email links to attract applicants. This guide will walk you through how to share these job postings effectively and provide candidates with easy access to your vacancies.

Steps to Share Job Postings Externally: #

1. Navigate to the Recruitment Module #

  • Log in to HRSimplified and go to the Recruitment Module from the main menu.
  • Click on Job Postings to view your list of active and inactive jobs.

2. Select a Job Posting #

  • From the Job Postings list, select the job posting you wish to share.
  • Click Edit to open the job posting details.

3. Go to the Job Posting URLs Tab #

  • In the job posting editor, navigate to the Job Posting URLs tab. This is where you’ll find the external sharing options for the job posting.

4. Generate the External URL #

  • HRSimplified automatically generates a unique external URL for each job posting. This URL will take candidates to an external page where they can view the job details and apply directly.
  • You can copy this URL and use it for sharing across different platforms.

Sharing Job Postings on External Platforms: #

1. Share on LinkedIn and Facebook #

  • To share the job posting on social media platforms:
    • Copy the external URL from the Job Posting URLs tab.
    • Post the link directly on your company’s LinkedIn, Facebook, or any other social media profiles.
    • Add a short description or call-to-action encouraging candidates to apply.

2. Sharing via Direct Email #

  • You can also share job postings via email by copying the external URL and pasting it into the body of your email message.
  • Use this option to send direct job postings to potential candidates or include them in email newsletters.

3. Embedding the Job Posting on Job Boards #

  • Some companies prefer to post job openings on job boards or careers pages. Simply copy the external URL and paste it into the relevant job board submission form.
  • This allows you to direct traffic back to the HRSimplified system where candidates can apply.

External Candidate Experience: #

When candidates click the external URL:

  • They will be taken to a job listing page that displays the job title, description, required skills, and other details.
  • Candidates will be asked to submit their email address and click Apply.
  • Afterward, they will be directed to a form where they can upload their CV, enter education, and list their skills.
  • Once submitted, they’ll receive a login to the Candidate Portal to track their application.

Important Notes: #

  • SEO Optimization: Before sharing, make sure the job posting has been optimized with relevant keywords and a short preview description in the Job Posting URLs tab. This will help improve visibility on search engines.
  • External Applications: Candidates who apply through external URLs will be tracked in the Recruitment Module under the View Applicants section, making it easy for HR to manage applications.
