Submitting an Order for Parts or Accessories

Employees can easily request parts or accessories using the My Assets section in HRSimplified. Follow the steps below to submit an order, which will then be reviewed and processed by the asset manager.

Steps to Submit an Order: #

1. Navigate to the My Assets Section #

  • Log in to your HRSimplified account and go to My Assets in the left-side menu.
  • This section lists all assets assigned to you and allows you to submit requests for additional parts or accessories.

2. Click Create Order #

  • In the My Assets section, click the Create Order button in the top-right corner.
  • A form will open, allowing you to choose from the available options.

3. Select the Part from the Drop-Down List #

  • Choose the required item or accessory from the Order Type drop-down list. These may include safety equipment or other parts available for your assigned assets.

4. Add a Motivation #

  • Write a short motivation in the required field (e.g., “Requesting new safety boots due to wear and tear”).
  • You do not need to add a quantity or extra notes.

5. Submit the Order #

  • Once your request is complete, click Submit.
  • The request will be sent to the asset management team for review and assignment.
