1. Late and Upcoming Performance Reviews #
- Overview: My Insights allows managers to see which performance reviews are due soon and which are already late. This ensures that managers can stay on top of performance evaluations and follow up with employees who have outstanding assessments.
- Actionable View: From this section, managers can directly take action by sending reminders to employees or peers to complete their assessments. Reviews that are past due will be flagged, and upcoming reviews will be listed based on their due date.
2. Upcoming Leave Overview #
- Track Employee Absences: In the Upcoming Leave section, managers can view the pending leave requests and scheduled leave for their team members. This allows managers to plan around employee absences and manage workloads effectively during periods when key team members are out of the office.
