Once a performance review has been completed by the employee, peers, and manager, the employee has a final opportunity to provide feedback and download the review document. Here’s how employees can complete this step in HRSimplified.
Steps to Provide Final Review Notes: #
1. Review Manager Feedback #
- After the manager submits their review, the employee will receive a notification indicating that the review has been completed.
- Log in to HRSimplified and navigate to the My Performance section in Employee Self-Service.
- Under Completed Reviews, open the final review to read the manager’s feedback, adjustments to scores, and any recommendations made for training or development.
2. Add Final Review Notes #
- At the end of the review, there will be a section titled Employee Final Notes where you can provide your final thoughts or reflections.
- Example: You can comment on whether you agree with the feedback, highlight areas you feel were not fully addressed, or offer suggestions for future growth.
3. Submit Final Notes #
- Once you’ve added your final comments, click Submit to finalize the review. This will officially complete the performance review process for the current cycle.
Steps to Download the Performance Review: #
1. Download the Completed Review #
- After the review is finalized, you can download the entire performance review as a PDF for your records.
- Go to My Performance > Completed Reviews and select the option to Download. This document will include all feedback from the employee, peers, and manager, as well as any training or mentorship recommendations.
Important Notes: #
- Final Comments: Employees should use the final review notes as an opportunity to provide constructive feedback on the performance review process or comment on any areas for development.
- PDF Download: The PDF version of the performance review is useful for keeping a personal record of your progress, feedback, and development plans.
