Steps to Track Recruitment Progress: #
1. Navigate to the Recruitment Module #
- Log in to HRSimplified and access the Recruitment Module.
- Go to Job Postings to view the list of active and inactive job postings.
2. View the Recruitment Pipeline #
- Click on the job posting for which you want to track candidate progress.
- In the View Applicants section, you can see a list of candidates along with their current status in the recruitment pipeline.
3. Track Candidate Statuses #
- Each candidate will have one of the following status labels:
- Submitted: The candidate has submitted their application.
- Processed: The candidate’s application has been reviewed.
- Rejected: The candidate has been rejected.
- Interview: The candidate has been scheduled for an interview.
- Offer Made: A job offer has been made to the candidate.
- Offer Accepted: The candidate has accepted the offer.
- Offer Rejected: The candidate has rejected the offer.
4. Filter Candidates by Status #
- Use the filtering options to organize candidates based on their status. For example, filter by Interview to see all candidates scheduled for interviews.

- In the Recruitment Module, click on the Offers menu. This section provides an overview of all job offers, including their current status.
2. View Offer Status #
- Job offers will have one of the following statuses:
- Offer Made: The job offer has been extended to the candidate.
- Offer Accepted: The candidate has accepted the offer.
- Offer Rejected: The candidate has declined the offer.
3. Managing Offer Statuses #
- For offers marked as Pending (before the candidate responds), you can follow up with the candidate or review the offer details. If the candidate rejects the offer, you can re-engage or close the application.
