The HRSimplified Organogram Chart is a powerful visual tool that provides a clear hierarchical representation of your company structure. This feature is designed to make it easier for users to navigate through the organizational layout and access employee details seamlessly.
Key Features of the Organogram Chart #
- Interactive Navigation:
- Use the mouse wheel with Ctrl to zoom in and out.
- Drag the chart area to move around and explore different parts of the hierarchy.
- Zoom Box:
- Located in the corner of the display, the zoom box gives an overview of the entire chart.
- You can drag the zoom box to reposition it or quickly jump to another section of the chart.
- If the zoom box overlaps any part of the organogram, you can easily move it to ensure full visibility.
- Drill Through Details:
- Clicking on an employee’s profile node opens a detailed view panel with the following information:
- Employee name
- Job position
- Department
- Manager
- Employee ID
- Date joined
- Profile picture (if available)

How to Use the Organogram Chart #
- Accessing the Organogram:
- Navigate to HR Administration > HR Insights and select the “Organization Chart” tab.
- Navigating the Chart:
- Zoom in/out: Use your mouse wheel while holding down the Ctrl key.
- Move the chart: Click anywhere in the chart and drag to reposition.
- Zoom box: Use the corner zoom box for a quick navigation overview or to jump to another part of the organogram.
- Viewing Employee Details:
- Click on a specific employee node to bring up their details in a pop-up panel.
- Managing Overlaps:
- If nodes or the zoom box overlap with parts of the organogram, simply drag the zoom box or adjust your chart view to accommodate.

- The organogram view dynamically updates based on the organizational hierarchy set in HRSimplified.
- If changes occur in the hierarchy or department structures, the organogram reflects these updates automatically.
