HRSimplified’s latest feature allows HR to link awards with performance management. Once an assessment is completed, HR can issue an award to an employee directly from their performance review. This helps reinforce positive performance and aligns recognition with individual achievements.
How to Issue an Award from a Completed Performance Assessment #
1. Access the Employee’s Completed Assessment #
- Go to Performance Management > Assessments.
- Locate the completed assessment for the employee you wish to recognize.
- In the Actions dropdown menu, select Create Award. This option appears only for completed assessments.
2. Review Assessment Details and Select Create Award #
- A detailed view of the employee’s assessment opens, showing their scores, KPAs, and KPIs.
- Click on the Create Award button at the bottom to initiate the award selection.
3. Choose an Award #
- In the Create Award modal, you’ll see a dropdown list of available awards. Select an award that aligns with the employee’s performance (e.g., Employee of the Month, Best Customer Service, or Long Service Awards).
- Once selected, confirm the award by clicking Create Award.
4. Approval Process for the Award #
After selecting and creating the award:
- The award is sent to the Approvals section within HRSimplified, where it awaits final approval.
- Once approved, the award is issued to the employee, adding it to their My Awards dashboard.
Where Employees and HR Can View Issued Awards #
- Employees: Employees can view their awarded badges on their My Awards dashboard, where all recognized achievements are displayed.
- HR: HR personnel can track issued awards within the employee profile under Performance Management > Awards.
