In HRSimplified, employees can complete surveys that are assigned by their HR department or management. These surveys may include feedback on company policies, wellness checks, or performance assessments.
Steps to Complete a Survey: #
- Navigate to My Surveys
- Log in to HRSimplified and select My Surveys from the left-side menu.
- Select the Assigned Survey
- You will see a list of surveys assigned to you.
- Click on the survey you need to complete.
- Answer Survey Questions
- Complete the survey by answering all required questions. These may include:
- Yes/No questions.
- Multiple choice questions (e.g., Strongly Agree to Strongly Disagree).
- Free text fields for comments or suggestions.

- Submit the Survey
- Once all questions are answered, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to finalize your responses.
Important Notes: #
- Anonymous Surveys: If the survey is marked as anonymous, your answers will not be linked to your name.
- Survey Deadline: Make sure to complete surveys before their due dates to provide timely feedback.
- Survey History: Completed surveys are stored under My Surveys for future reference. You can download the results as a PDF if needed.
Dashboard Shortcut: #
You can also access your surveys from the dashboard by clicking the Surveys shortcut button, which will take you directly to any pending surveys.
