How the Partner System Works #
As a partner, you don’t log in as an employee. Instead, you:
- Create and manage customer organisations
- Switch between those organisations بسهولة
- Operate inside each customer’s environment as needed
👉 Think of it as managing multiple HR systems from one central dashboard.
Your First Steps #
1. Add Your First Customer #
Start by creating a customer organisation:
- Go to HRSim Administration → Organisations
- Click + Create
- Complete the details and select a package
👉 This sets up a fully functional HR system for your client.
2. Switch Into the Customer Account #
Once created:
- Click Actions → Manage
- Confirm the switch
🔄 You are now working inside your customer’s system.
3. Set Up Your HR Access #
To perform HR tasks:
- Create an employee profile for yourself
- Assign HR Executive role
👉 This gives you full access to manage employees, leave, and HR processes.
How to Work as a Partner #
Once inside a customer account, you can:
- Manage employees and HR records
- Process leave and claims
- Run reports and analytics
- Support your client as their HR function
HRSimplified provides a complete HR system to streamline operations and improve efficiency across your clients.
Managing Multiple Customers #
You can switch between customers at any time:
- Go back to Organisations
- Select another customer
- Click Manage
