As an employee, you can easily track your work hours, time entries, and attendance history using the My Time section in HRSimplified. This guide will walk you through how to view and manage your time and attendance records.
Steps to View Your Time and Attendance Records: #
- Navigate to the My Time Section
- Log in to your HRSimplified account.
- From the left-side menu, under Employee Self Service, select My Time.
- Access Your Time Sheets
- Once in the My Time section, you will see three tabs:
- My Time Sheets: Displays a log of all the time entries you’ve made.
- My Calendar: Provides a calendar view of your logged work hours and tasks.
- Book Time: Allows you to manually log work hours for a specific task or project.
- Select the My Time Sheets tab to see a detailed list of all your logged time entries.
- Once in the My Time section, you will see three tabs:
- View Time Entry Details
- Each time entry includes the following:
- Task Start and End Times: Shows the start and end time of each recorded task.
- Duration: The total time spent on the task.
- Billable: Indicates whether the task is billable.
- Notes: Additional notes associated with the time entry (if applicable).
- You can filter the records by date or search for specific tasks using the search bar.
- Each time entry includes the following:
- Check-In/Check-Out Records
- If your company uses the check-in/check-out feature, you can view your attendance logs here.
- The Check In and Check Out buttons allow you to start and end your workday directly from this screen.
- Once checked in, the system will automatically track your work hours until you check out.
- Submit Time Entries for Approval
- If required, you can submit your time entries for approval by clicking the Submit all Tasks for Approval button at the top of the My Time page.
- Your manager will then review and approve the time entries for payroll or billing purposes.
Important Notes: #
- Time entries can be manually edited or added using the Book Time option, where you can select the project, task, and duration.
- The My Calendar tab offers an overview of your work hours across different days and projects, helping you manage your schedule more effectively.
- Any updates made to your time entries will be reflected in the My Time section.
