How to Switch Between Customers

Why this matters #

HRSimplified allows partners to manage multiple customers from a single login—no need to log out or switch accounts manually.


Step 1: Open Organisations #

  • Go to HRSim Administration
  • Click Organisations

👉 You’ll see all your customer accounts.


Step 2: Select a Customer #

  • Click Actions next to the organisation
  • Select Manage

Step 3: Confirm the Switch #

A confirmation pop-up will appear:

“Would you like to manage [Organisation Name]?”

  • Click Yes

🔄 You are now inside that customer’s environment.


Step 4: Work Within the Customer #

You now have access to:

  • HR Administration
  • Employee management
  • All HR system features

🔁 Switch to Another Customer #

Repeat the same steps:

  • Go to Organisations
  • Click Manage on another company

⚠️ Important Notes #

  • Each organisation is completely separate
  • Always confirm you are in the correct customer account
  • If data looks missing, you are likely in the wrong organisation

Think of each customer as its own HR system—you’re simply switching between them.
