2 min read

In HRSimplified, managers can use the bulk check-in and check-out feature to manage attendance for multiple team members simultaneously. This is especially useful for teams working at different locations or on-site where manual individual check-ins are impractical.

Steps for Bulk Check-In and Check-Out: #

1. Navigate to “My Team” #

Log in to your HRSimplified account. From the Dashboard, select My Team in the left-side menu. This will display all your team members under the “Manage Team Time/Attendance” section.

2. Locate the “My Team Check-In” Tab #

At the top of the page, you will see two tabs: My Teams Calendar and My Team Check-In. Select the My Team Check-In tab to access the bulk check-in and check-out functionality.

3. Select Employees for Check-In or Check-Out #

You will see a list of employees under your team, each with a toggle switch next to their name. To bulk check-in or check-out employees, simply toggle the switches for each employee you wish to manage.

  • Check-In: Toggle the switch to ON for employees who are starting their work shift.
  • Check-Out: Toggle the switch to OFF for employees who are finishing their work shift.

4. Add Notes (Optional) #

For each employee, there is a Note field where you can add specific information, such as location details, task descriptions, or any other relevant notes related to their check-in or check-out.

5. Save Changes #

After toggling the check-in or check-out statuses for all relevant employees, click the Save button at the top right of the page. This action records the attendance for each selected team member.
