Logging In and Setting Up Your Account

Getting started with HRSimplified is easy. This guide will walk you through logging in, navigating your dashboard, and setting up your company structure to ensure your account is fully operational.

Step 1: Log In and Set Up Your Account #

Login with Your Username and Password: Use the login credentials you received via email to access the system.

Navigate to the Login Page: Open your browser and head to the HRSimplified login page.

Step 2: Welcome to the Employee Dashboard #

You will also find demo employees added to give you a better understanding of how the system works.

After logging in, you will land on the Employee Dashboard. Here, you’ll notice that some of your data has been preloaded with dummy data to help you explore the system.

Step 3: Where to Find Your Employee Data #

Navigate to the HR Administration section: On the menu, select HR Administration and then click on All Employees.

Find your own employee record and click the Action button to explore the available options.

Step 4: Edit and View Your Employee File #

Navigate through the various tabs to see where all the employee-related data is stored and managed.

After selecting your profile, click Edit to view your complete employee file.

Step 5: Set Up Company Details #

  • Now that your personal data is set, let’s move to your company setup:
    1. Go to the Company menu and select Company Details.
    2. Take a look through the Details and Settings tabs to explore what can be configured.

Setting Up Your Company Structure: #

  • Next, navigate to Company Structure under the main Company menu.
  • At the top of the page, you’ll see tabs for Branches, Departments, Teams, and Group Companies.
  • We’ve preloaded your company structure with one of each. You can either rename them or add new entries by using the buttons at the top right of the page.
