1. Preloaded Survey Templates #
- HRSimplified offers a variety of preloaded survey templates to help you get started. These templates cover areas such as:
- Employee Well-being
- Health & Safety (H&S) inspections
- Exit Interviews
- Each template comes preloaded with questions, but they are fully customizable. You can edit, add, or remove questions to suit your company’s needs.
2. Customizable Surveys #
- If a preloaded template doesn’t meet your requirements, you can create a survey from scratch. HRSimplified allows full customization, enabling you to add multiple types of questions, including free text, yes/no, and multiple choice.
3. Assigning Surveys and Notifications #
- Once your survey template is ready, you can assign it to specific employees or groups. The system will notify employees when a survey has been assigned to them, and they can access and complete the survey via their My Surveys menu.
4. Anonymous vs. Named Surveys #
- HRSimplified gives you the option to send surveys either as anonymous or named:
- Anonymous: The employee’s identity is hidden, and only the answers are visible to HR.
- Named: The survey responses are linked to individual employees, which can be useful for tracking feedback.
