• HRSimplified offers a variety of preloaded survey templates to help you get started. These templates cover areas such as:

• Each template comes preloaded with questions, but they are fully customizable. You can edit, add, or remove questions to suit your company’s needs.

2. Customizable Surveys #

• If a preloaded template doesn’t meet your requirements, you can create a survey from scratch. HRSimplified allows full customization, enabling you to add multiple types of questions, including free text, yes/no, and multiple choice.

3. Assigning Surveys and Notifications #

• Once your survey template is ready, you can assign it to specific employees or groups. The system will notify employees when a survey has been assigned to them, and they can access and complete the survey via their My Surveys menu.
