In HRSimplified, employees can easily track their working hours using the Check In and Check Out feature. This helps both employees and managers monitor attendance, work hours, and ensures accurate timesheet records.

Steps to Check In: #

1. Navigate to the Dashboard #

Log in to your HRSimplified account. On the Dashboard, locate the Check In button. This button is prominently displayed and easy to access.

2. Click “Check In” #

At the start of your workday or when beginning a task, click the Check In button. The system will record the time of your check-in and update your attendance status.

3. View Active Check-In #

Once checked in, the button will change to Check Out. You can view your active check-in time from the dashboard, which shows the duration of your current work session.


Steps to Check Out: #

1. Click “Check Out” #

When you’re finished for the day or need to pause your work, click the Check Out button on your dashboard. This will stop the timer and record the end time for your work session.

2. Allocate Time to a Task (Optional) #

After checking out, a pop-up will appear asking you to select the Project Task where your time should be allocated (if applicable). Select the appropriate project and task from the drop-down list.

3. Save Check-Out Entry #

Once you have selected the task (if applicable), click Save to confirm the check-out. Your time will be logged in your timesheet, and it will reflect in both your attendance and project records.


Important Notes: #

  • If you forget to check out, you can manually update your time under My Time to avoid any discrepancies in your timesheet.
  • Checking in and out accurately ensures that your timesheet is up to date and that project tasks are billed properly.
  • If necessary, you can add notes to your check-in or check-out entry, providing additional details about your workday.
