Steps to Submit a Leave Request: #
1. Navigate to the Dashboard #
- Log in to your HRSimplified account and access the Employee Dashboard.
2. Locate the Leave Section #
- On your dashboard, you will find the Apply for Leave button in the Action Panel.
- Click on Apply for Leave to start the process.
3. Select Leave Type and Dates #
- A modal will pop up prompting you to:
- Choose the type of leave you wish to apply for (e.g., Annual, Sick, Family, Special Leave).
- The system will display your leave balance for the selected leave type.
- Select the start and end dates for your leave.
- If applicable, choose whether the leave is for a half-day or a full day.
4. Add Notes and Attachments #
- Fill in the mandatory note field to provide details or justification for the leave.
- (Optional) Attach any supporting documents if required by company policy (e.g., medical certificates).
5. Submit the Leave Request #
- Once all required fields are completed, click Submit.
- Your leave request will be sent to the manager assigned to your profile for approval.

- Navigate to My Leave under the Home menu.
- Here, you’ll see all submitted leave requests along with their current status (Pending, Approved, Rejected).
- You will also receive an email notification once your manager has approved or rejected the leave.
