HRSimplified simplifies the process of submitting leave requests for employees. This guide will take you through the steps required to submit a leave request, choose the leave type, and track approvals.

Steps to Submit a Leave Request: #

1. Navigate to the Dashboard #

  • Log in to your HRSimplified account and access the Employee Dashboard.

2. Locate the Leave Section #

  • On your dashboard, you will find the Apply for Leave button in the Action Panel.
  • Click on Apply for Leave to start the process.

3. Select Leave Type and Dates #

  • A modal will pop up prompting you to:
    • Choose the type of leave you wish to apply for (e.g., Annual, Sick, Family, Special Leave).
    • The system will display your leave balance for the selected leave type.
    • Select the start and end dates for your leave.
    • If applicable, choose whether the leave is for a half-day or a full day.

4. Add Notes and Attachments #

  • Fill in the mandatory note field to provide details or justification for the leave.
  • (Optional) Attach any supporting documents if required by company policy (e.g., medical certificates).

5. Submit the Leave Request #

  • Once all required fields are completed, click Submit.
  • Your leave request will be sent to the manager assigned to your profile for approval.

Tracking Leave Requests #

Once your leave request is submitted, it will go through the approval process. You can track the status of your leave request by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to My Leave under the Home menu.
  2. Here, you’ll see all submitted leave requests along with their current status (Pending, Approved, Rejected).
  3. You will also receive an email notification once your manager has approved or rejected the leave.
