Viewing Your Tasks

In HRSimplified, employees can view all their assigned tasks related to ongoing projects in the My Tasks section. This feature ensures employees can easily keep track of their responsibilities and manage deadlines.

Steps to View Your Tasks: #

1. Navigate to “My Tasks” #

Log in to your HRSimplified account. On the left-hand menu, under the Dashboard, click on My Tasks. This section lists all the project tasks assigned to you.

2. Search or Filter Tasks #

At the top of the My Tasks page, use the Search bar to find specific tasks. You can also filter tasks by status (e.g., To Do, In Progress, Completed), project, or deadline using the filter options.

3. Select a Task to View Details #

Click on any task in the list to see its details. The task details include the description, due date, assigned team members, and current status.

4. Update Task Status #

To update the task’s progress, you can change its status by marking it as In Progress or Completed directly from this view.


Important Notes: #

  • The My Tasks section only shows tasks assigned to you, helping you stay focused on your project responsibilities.
  • Updating the task’s status will notify your manager and project team of your progress in real-time.
